Hi, I’m Kerrie Jayne, a Virtual Assistant with over 28 years of experience working across the travel industry. From my early days in retail at Thomas Cook to senior roles in business travel and running my own agency, I’ve lived and breathed this industry for most of my career.
For me, being a Virtual Assistant is a lifestyle
I’ve handled everything from cruise bookings and complex VIP itineraries to team leadership, customer support, and content scheduling, so I know exactly what it’s like when the admin piles up and you just need someone to take care of things properly.
Now, through Kerrie Jayne VA, I support travel agents, boutique travel businesses, and bloggers behind the scenes. I bring calm, structure, and already sorted energy to inboxes, diaries, systems, and client documents, so you can focus on what you’re brilliant at: creating incredible travel experiences.
