Understanding the Difference Between Ad-Hoc and Retainer Hours

These hours offer the flexibility to use them whenever you need them. If your workload varies from month to month, ad-hoc hours allow you to adjust accordingly. As long as I have availability, I can accommodate your needs. Lead time 72 hours.

This option allows you to reserve my time in advance. If you have a clear idea of how many hours you’ll need each month, you can book a set number of hours (a retainer), ensuring my availability to work with you consistently. Lead time 48 hours.

We can start with ad-hoc hours and transition to a retainer when you’re ready.

What happens next?

Following your initial inquiry, we will schedule a complimentary 20-minute Discovery call. This will allow me to understand your challenges and objectives better. I believe these calls are also an excellent opportunity for both of us to determine if we are well-suited to work together.

Once a mutual agreement is reached, I will provide you with a contract outlining my terms of business. For the protection of both parties, work will only begin after the contract has been signed.

Once the contract is signed and received, you can rest assured that your journey toward reclaiming your time, enhancing your productivity, and instilling calmness into your days has begun. This allows you to concentrate on what truly matters: growing your business.

What Are the Payment Methods?

The initial three hours must be paid for in advance, with any unused time being refunded. Monthly invoices will be issued at the end of each month and are to be settled within three working days.

The initial retainer must be paid upfront, with subsequent monthly invoices due within three working days.

All packages are to be paid upfront.
